Academic Language Week 23 - Dog Fighting

In my own opinion I think that dog fighting should be illegal.  The reasons dog fighting should be illegal is first, its a DISTINCT way of animal cruelty and no animal should go through that kind of stuff.  Second dog fighting is just another FORMULA for gang members and other kinds of criminals to get money or entertainment.  One last reason is that criminals are giving innocent dogs the POTENTIAL  to kill its own kind which is unnecessary because dogs should be treated just like humans. That is my opinion on if dog fighting should be illegal.
